Tap the first verse of the Shiva Tandava Stotram, the hymn tradition credits to Ravana, syllable by syllable. Short and long syllables fall on two lanes in its pancha-chamara metre, over an original synthesized damaru beat.
Yash plays Ravana in the 2026 Ramayana films, and the soundtrack by Hans Zimmer and A. R. Rahman includes a single called Ravana Tandav. This game does not use or imitate that track. It uses the traditional text of the Shiva Tandava Stotram, which later tradition credits to Ravana, with an original drum beat. Part 1 opens on 5 November 2026; Ravana's war is the story of Part 2, which is not out yet.
