Ravana needs his giant brother for the war, but Kumbhakarna is asleep. Beat drums, blow conches, march elephants and lay out a feast, as the rakshasas do in Valmiki's Yuddha Kanda. Time your noise to his breathing and wake him as fast as you can.
Faisal Malik plays Kumbhakarna in the 2026 Ramayana films. Part 1 opens on 5 November 2026 and ends with Sita's abduction, so the war in Lanka, and the giant who sleeps through the start of it, belong to Part 2. Part 2 is not out yet, and reports give different dates for it. In this game you wake him the way Valmiki tells it: drums, conches, elephants and a lot of food.

In Valmiki's Yuddha Kanda, Ravana sends rakshasas to wake him after his first defeat by Rama. They heap meat and drink beside him, blow conches, beat drums, shout, strike him, and drive elephants over his body. He wakes up hungry and eats before he goes to Ravana.
Rama killed Kumbhakarna in battle, as told in the Yuddha Kanda. Kumbhakarna had told Ravana that taking Sita was wrong, but he fought for his brother anyway. He crushed many vanaras and carried off Sugriva, who escaped by biting him, before Rama cut him down with his arrows.
